Clown Car: A Love Story
Lead Actor and Executive Producer
Directed by Alan Wood
Anticipated release Fall 2022
After being banished by the mysterious Clown High Council, disgraced clown Pocket Full of Sunshine sets out to re-invent herself, fall in love, and find true happiness—the only question is: is that thanks to or in spite of her ever-present BFF Jiggles?
“Clown Car: A Love Story” is a comedy-drama that puts us right into the center ring of a day in the lives of two clowns, plus one formerly (by a few minutes) incarcerated pen pal. It’s basically your classic tale of chasing love and happiness—around in circles mostly—with a clowny twist that may or may not involve singing and near-death experiences.
Sarah plays Pocket Full of Sunshine, and also stepped up as an Executive Producer when funds were needed. She pitched in by raising more than 50% of the budget in 30 days to make sure the show could go on!

Pre-Production
After leaving Vegas and her ex-husband in the rearview, 40-something Lucille hits the road with her cat George and—in more ways than one—breaks down. She finds herself in forgotten-by-technology-but-fully-connected-Possum County, the tiny community of larger than life hearts, opinions, and mouths.
“Oh, Possum County” is a cinematic, single-camera, 45-minute episodic comedy with a dash of music and sentimentality.
Sarah plays the sardonic, dry-witted, and straight-to-the-point-but-it’s-all-out-of-love Aunt Esther. She runs The Diner with her partner Aunt Polly, and they sling slices of pie and sarcasm like nobody else.
Sarah also came on as a producer to do what she can to help keep things moving on down that country road a piece.
